JSS score dropped!

Hello,

My JSS score dropped suddenly. I read on upwork help that open contracts with no activity affect JSS. So, I closed all open fixed contracts. I want to ask, Does open hourly contracts too affect JSS? Because I've some clients(with hourly contracts) who offer work with a gap of 1 or 2 months duration and one who offered work initially and now there is no work from those clients. Please help with this!!

If you had any earnings on the contract then it will not hurt your JSS,
But if you hadn’t earned anything on a contract and closed it then you have done it wrong as you made it a "no earning job" which will hurt your JSS.

Hi there, May i ask if you have a contract that ended when you have a jss score of 100 will it decrease if you can't find a job for 2 weeks?
