99 is a great Job Success Score.

Complaining about a 99 JSS is like receiving an Academy Award and complaining because the celebrity who handed the award to you was Jeremy Renner instead of Robert Downey Jr.

Preston, great analogy Smiley Happy
However, I think clients need to be educated further on the JSS concept. I have ran into several clients, who thought, that anything less than 100% is unacceptable and the owner of this is score is unrealiable to work with at least. Does Upwork take steps for educating clients about how this thing works?

I dunno why all you guys even discuss this with clients. I've never had even 1 conversation about JSS with customers. They really don't care.

Not that it's wholly relevant to this thread, but this conflicts with Matthew 20:1-16. You can extract pretty much anything you want to sell from the Bible.

Well, Matthew 20:1-16 could refer more to Upwork's habit, I guess.

To rope you habitual posters back in. The point I am trying to make is that if it's not an accurate reflection of a "Job Success" why is it being rated in a "Job Success" Score?

That could be a rhetorical question, I guess.
Wish we would live so long that we get to know the answer for it.

And Yes, a 100% does have an impact on how you are viewed by perspective clients and how much you can charge for your services. As my "you were hired" line is maxed out compaired to my peers. So to say that it doesn't have effect is just kidding yourself.
