JSS stuck to 89%

Hello All,
I have some doughts and need help, Now its been 14 weeks I am trying to get a solution to this issue. If someone can check my profile, I am getting all positive feedback from my clients and most of my clients are recurring. Almost all of my clients are satisfied with my work and have submitted perfect feedback but still my JSS is stuck to 89%. It's not moving up or done. From last couple weeks I am getting regular feedbacks but still my JSS is stuck to 89%.

As I ask regarding the same with upwork support they just send me the same reply to check " how to improve jss score." I myself tried calculating my jss from the formula the as per calculation my jss is over 90%.

As per last six months, I have done 17 total contracts in that on 15 I have received 5-star feeds and on two I have received an average of 4 stars.

Please help me and please share your valuable suggestions.

Looks like private feedback is keeping you down. It counts very heavily.

Take a look at your "My Stats" page - What is your "Clients who would recommend you" percentage? That gives you a hint at your private feedback.

As I checked my stats it shows clients who would recommend me 85%. Please check the attached screenshot.

That's why your JSS isn't higher.

What do you think it should be? I think 85% is a decent score. As when I was top rated my recommendation score was around 70% but in that case too I was had 92% JSS.

It is even less than 89%

If you think 85% is "a decent score" - why are you complaining about 89% JSS ?

When your recommendation score was 70% and your JSS 92% you must have had your JSS calculated on a short calculation window, as the Client Recommendation Score is over the lifetime of your profile, the JSS is the best of 6 months, 12 months and 24 months.

Also remember that contracts fall out of your calculation window all the time, so if you add good contracts and 2 good contracts fall out of the calculation window everything stays the same.
