Hi everyone.
So I was working on a project with a client for the last two weeks and I delivered a product before the deadline of the project after that, we decided to keep it open because she wanted to order another gig but I suggested she not do that. In short, now 3-4 days have passed and now she's going to close the job but I just checked my JSS score and it dropped and I am not sure why or what to do. Please help. Will it go back to 100% after she closes the contract? What can I do?
Also, not sure why, but Upwork is showing I submitted my projected 0 seconds ago which is weird because it was at least 12 hours before the deadline which was like 3-4 days ago.
Thanks!

Support won't tell you the exact reason.
But, it's clearly that next to last contract that wasn't showing on your profile yesterday. The words seem positive, but you can bet the private feedback was low since they knocked a star off in all but one category. The private feedback is what matters for JSS.
Just move on. 96 is fine.

A 96 JSS is not a big deal. I wouldn't worry about it, and I wouldn't let it affect closing that job you're talking about.
As to why it dropped, the usual answer is that a client left poor private feedback. None of the contracts showing closed on your profile closed in the last JSS window, so did you have any contracts close with no earnings (they won't show on your profile, but private feedback on them will count if it's negative).
Contracts closed with good feedback will start to bring it back up, but it's not going to get back to 100 until whatever contract caused it to drop ages out of the 6-month calculation window.

Hey Wes, thanks for answering. There was one private feedback that I hadn't replied to and just did. But it was not poor. And no, no contracts were closed recently because they are ongoing. Is there a way to talk to customer support about it and get to know the exact reason? Because before this last window, it was at 100%. And haha, it probably doesn't matter, but it's where a bit of that OCD kicks in-- especially if I haven't had an unsatisfied client.
