My client Mr. X started a Job, he ended it without payment and feedback. However he came with another account and we did a Job successfully. The reason why he ended the first contract without payment is that the contract was on hold, he had problems from his side. His account was suspended then contract put on hold. Please how will that affect my Job success score??

Well, you should never have worked with client X on a duplicate account.
That is NOT the way to do it and you made yourself an accomplice of the client's dodgy dealings.
I think your JSS is the least of your problems with this....
The impact the previous contact will have depends on a number of factors but unfortunately we can't share any specifics. Note that creating duplicate accounts is a violation of Upwork ToS.
