Hi I am a full time freelancer here. Have 20100+ hours of job experience. My profile jss got down at 81% now. One of my regular client left his role from company and new roling client left poor feedback. I am not getting any response from new job applications. Please suggest me how can I survive here. This is my only one earning source

I have an idea of how you are feeling.  I feel like Upwork places more emphasis on reoccuring clients rather than your overall work reviews.

So, did you have a lot of different contracts with the same client? Because you have more than one review contributing to that JSS drop.
