Hi all,
I have such a situation. I accepted the offer from the client and after reviewing the policy of their company I don't want to start work with them. I didn't track any hours yet. If we close the contract, may it decrease my JSS? And can they write bad feedback, if I didn't start tracking?

I would suggest you close the contract. That way, it won't be mandatory for the client to leave feedback.

But in case they do leave feedback (they can only leave private feedback because no money was paid) and it's negative, your JSS will suffer.
