I have been working with the platform for 4 years and have a lot of good reviews. Unfortunately, sometimes there are not very decent clients. I worked with a client for a bit and he gave me a bad review. My rating has dropped below 90%.
Why Upwork does not take into account 4 years spent on the exchange, and 19 works. It turns out that 1 review can spoil the developer's rating. In addition, the platform does not control customers in any way. Many of them are looking for the cheapest prices, manipulating and behaving dishonestly.

I have four 5 star reviews, is this enough to give me a Job Success score?
Doubtful, the contracts are quite low value. You may need one or two more.
Also remember that the contracts have to be with at least 3 different clients.
You also don't want to be in too much of a hurry! You have the Rising Talent status, which is actually more valuable than a JSS without being top rated would be. It would likely work in your favour to stay RT status for a while longer.
Is there anyone give me help?
I have already 4 jobs completed (707$)
but still, I didn't get a job success rate
also my profile verified
Is there anyone tell me how to I will get job success rate ?
Thanks for your question. Generally speaking, in order to get a Job Success Score, you will need to complete projects with 3 or more different clients, and 4 or more different contracts within 24 months. Once these requirements are met and considering JSS updates occur every two weeks (the last update was on Oct 11th) you should be seeing a score by then.

You need 4 **completed** contracts with 3 different clients.
Completed means "ended"
