There is no such preference. There is only 90% + or 80%+, both of which you meet.

There is no 96%+

Jill, you have 23 jobs in the 24-month window that is the maximum considered in calculating JSS. Of those, 7 have no feedback, one is abysmal (1.5 stars) another is bad (3.3 stars) and a third is mediocre (4.4 stars). In other words, 13/23 clients, or 56.5% have given you great feedback (and just 76.9% of those who gave you feedback).

Some older ratings dropped out of your calculation window, and the balance isn't great for your two-year window. I'm a little surprised that you're at 90%.

That said, 90% JSS is fine, and you're making a big mistake by calling attention to your negative reviews in the first line of your profile--especially since you made that unfortunate response to the client's feedback.

If you drop that and let clients see the 90% standing alone with the recent string of 5-star feedback, probably no one but you will see your JSS as a negative.

Hello,
I have my client unresponsive for about a month. I wanted to know if a project, that is not completed within deadline set by client, affects the profile ranking? Any suggestions for it?

No, but a contract with nothing ever paid, will.

Hi all,

I'm afraid because The client doesn't answer after started an hourly job, I don't logged hours yet

What should I do to avoid any effects negatively on my JSS?

Never accept a contract until you have what you need to log at least 10 minutes / $ 1 worth of work on it.

And you are already worried, even with it being weekend and Christmas?

It won't be an issue for many, many weeks yet. It won't affect your JSS until late February.

Don't even worry (and do NOT harrass the client) until at least the New Year.
