Hey there!

My JSS disappeared due to 2 years of inactivity and the last time I checked it was in the 70's or lower - question is, if I start receiving feedback's, where my JSS starts from? 

Also, I have 4 opened jobs(messaged everyone but no response), should I close them or just leave it?

Hi Victor, 

Our team will not be able to confirm "where" you'll start, but this will be based on the feedback that you will receive. 

Please communicate with your client and if no further work needs to be done, ask them to close the contract. That way they'll be prompted to leave feedback. If they don't reply for a while and you'd like the contract to be closed, you can go ahead and close it yourself. We also recommend considering closing a contract or two every two weeks, while completing new contracts to help avoid creating a pattern of contracts without feedback.
