I am having trouble with the Help and Support page because of this Privacy error but I would very much like to speak to them about my Job Application quota. I haven't sent an application but my quota is zero pls Help and Support Team assist me please

It looks like your ability to apply for jobs is limited because your account is currently under review. A notification has been sent to you with the explanation of the process and further instructions. Please, complete your current jobs and after waiting 2 weeks, sent an email to accountreview@odesk.com.
