This almost certainly means your account is under review.
Your job applications are now automatically being blocked from being seen by potential clients.
You should go to the Community Forum (here) and use the search box to search for "account under review".
This is a frequently discussed topic. You will find lots of information about what to do. But to get you started... you need to first verify your "under review/on hold" status by contacting Customer Service and asking:
"Is my account under review? What should I do?"
