I have been on Upwork for several years now. In all that time I have never seen any upgrades to the work categories. I work in finance as a Virtual CFO and the accounting and finance categories appear niave and unstructured - seems lke a progarmmer decided on the categories based on key words, rather than an in depth appreciation of the realities of the industy structure.

I also think some guidlines for clients would help e.g preparing tax returns has to be done by an Enrolled Agent, or CPA qualified as an Enrolled Agent.
