In Archieved Proposals, prior to about April, 2017, in "REASON", there was a caption "Declined by Client".
Then you could click on the Job Post and learn more - e.g. "Hired another freelancer", "Rate too high", etc.
I no longer see this information - Just "Job Closed".
Anybody else notice this?
I never look at past proposals, so I haven't seen a difference, but I wonder whether this is related to the fact that "declined by client" used to be attached to every ended posting. Many freelancers were confused because when Upwork canceled a job, their notification would say "declined by client". Possibly, removing that distinction is a short-term fix until they can provide tailored notifications accurately?
