Job Success Problem

Before almost 20 days I have problem that my score change . go down to 60 %, and after that I change some thing, I remove web address, I fix 3 jobs that been delayed, I got 1 more good review , 5 stars, and now after two weeks UpWork did not change my score. Why? I can not even send question to the UpWork, Why?

The JSS is automatically calculated and there is no point contacting Support about it.

It updates only every second Sunday. The next Update is this coming Sunday. Remember that private feedback or a significant percentage of contracts without feedback in your calculation window also plays into your JSS.

Ok, thank you on your answer, so as I believe, in Sunday , this week, I believe I will see some changes.

 You may or you may not. And JSS can go down as well as up...
