Probably not the only one I am faced with this situation. When 96% of 5-star feedbacks and 94% "Clients recommended", but the "Job Success Score" drops by 8% and I drop out of the 90%+ Top Rated category... because of PRIVATE FEEDBACK.
Private Feedback - in many cases, freelancers receive perfect public feedback, but privately clients share concerns, which are reflected in your JSS.

I have 3 questions.
1. What is the cost of 1 Private Feedback? Did it cost like a 1-star, 2-star or 3-star Normal Feedback? How exactly does it affect my overall JSS? I want to have the right to recalculate my JSS.
2. Why do we need Public Feedback if it can be discounted by a Private Feedback? (A rhetorical question, no need to answer :))
3. Why can't I say anything in my defense? Even criminals are given the right to self-defense in court
