Job Success Score and Declining an Offer

Hello,

I received an offer without ever applying or meeting the client. It had lots of details, but when I reached out to the client and we agreed upon a meeting on Upwork, so I could understand his parameters for the job, he stood me up.  And claimed to have forgotten.  Strange cuz the job said a deadine for first milestone last week?

And when he offered new times, I responded with options, but he did not reply.

I finally declined the offer today, several days later.

Does this affect my job success score?

No. There was no contract, so no feedback can be left, so it can't have any effect on the JSS or anything else for that matter.
