Job Success Score not updating after 2 weeks

Hi there!

I just want some clarification with regards to JSS. As I remembered, JSS will updated every 2 weeks. In my case, its almost 4 weeks since the last update and until now it's still not updating. Why I am concerning this? It's because my JSS dropped to 86% last Nov. 11, 2020. Last Nov. 15, my two clients gave me 5 stars both and the day after, my two on-going clients also gave 5 stars. Last Dec. 9, one of my clients gave me 5 stars. If we will caculate from Nov. 11 until now, it's almost 4 weeks had passed already. Just want some clarifications with this. Thank you.
