I've been working torwards becoming a top rated freelancer, you need 13 out of 16 weeks of 90%+ job success score and/or maintaining rising talent. I have 12 weeks so far and just recently my score dropped to 89% this past week...
I have 19 jobs completed
13 jobs - 5 stars
1 job - 4.6 stars
1 job - 1 star (big misunderstanding!)
4 jobs - no feedback given
My question is is it possible to still become a top rated seller having one week at 89%?
Can clients still leave feedback after the 14 days that the contract has ended, is there a deadline for giving/recieving feedback?
Also what is the fastest way to get my score back up past 90%? Any Suggestions?
Thank you!

Hi Lamar,
You'll need your eligible weeks number to go up in order for you to qualify for Top Rated again. To do it, you'll need to complete a few contracts successfully so your JSS increases. You may need to also wait until your non-eligible weeks drop off of the calculation as well.
Check out the information at the bottom of this help article for more information.

You don't need to be overly stressed about becoming top rated as long as you win jobs. For example I'm top rated but have no work for a month or so. I would trade this for permanent steady flow of job.
