Job Success Score

Hello.

I have a question regarding my Job Success Score.

Two days ago I graduated from Rising Talent to Job Success Score of 88%.

I have completed 3 successful jobs, 2 with a 5-star rating and one with 4.8-rating.

Can You please tell me what caused such a low percentage, only 88%?

Which one of these jobs was unsuccessful?

What can I do to get a higher score?

private feedback OR you had a contract that did not lead to any earnings (canceled or refunded entirely or open, but nothing (ever) paid for months.

As people rarely get a JSS after only 3 jobs, the latter sounds like a contender.

Thank's for your answer.
There was one such job, back in July 2019, almost 7 months ago.
The client hired me and immediately canceled the contract.
No feedback, no earnings.
Do You think that is the reason?

That was likely it. Get a couple more contract under your belt so you have enough outcomes in your 6 month window to calculate a 6 month JSS from, as the canceled contract is already out of that window.

It could, however, also be private feedback on one of the others.
