Hello Mirko, your JSS will be improved over time as you finish more contracts successfully.

For your information, having a 5-stars review is a great thing as Public feedback, however, unfortunately, it doesn't mean that the client gave you good private feedback, which massively contributes to your JSS calculations.

I genuinely hope you can improve your JSS soon. You can do that by getting more successful contracts and good relations with your clients.
