A new client hired me for a project without asking price from me I told him that's not gone work so he canceled the project without any positive feedback obviously. This thing drops my JSS to 71% and there is not 1% of my mistake in the whole case. Later, the same client asks price from me and hired me again but from a new contract for the same work after very next day that work is going well. But the problem is my JSS down to 71%.
Now my question is, that is there any possibility he gave me positive feedback on my closed contract that is without feedback? This thing happened 3 to 4 days ago. Can a client do, that he gives feedback on a contract after closing?

You shouldn't have accepted the offer or you could have discussed the project scope and price prior.

He purchased the project without asking anything from me that was not an offer or contract, I didn't get any option to accept or deny. I got an email that someone purchased your project.

Why did you accept the project and enter into the first contract without discussing the price?

Hi Thomas,
He purchased the project without asking anything from me that was not an offer or contract, I didn't get any option to accept or deny.

OK, so this was involving the project catalog? If he purchased something... wouldn't that purchase indicate what the price was? How could someone purchase something without the price being discussed?
