Job applied to advertised payment for completed application assignment, client gone quiet

Hi there fellow Upworkers

About a month ago I applied for a job. The client emailed me a detailed first assignment to determine suitability for the job. It was quite intensive and included written work, research and a video to be made. I completed the assignment and sent it through via their website as instructed and received an email that they had got the submission. In the brief they had said that they would be in contact between 24 -72 hours. Also that $100 would be payed on completing the submission. I haven't heard back from them and I have emailed them through Upwork, but no joy in a resonse. What do I do now, I have proof of all the steps I've gone through.
