Job is closed, proposal is archived, client message that she will hire me

Hi, 

Job posted was February 2020. I was interviewed  March 4 2020. Just now the cllient messaged that she will hire me however the job post says "Job is closed". How can she hire me? Shall I submit a proposal to her so she can hire me?

The client can just go to your profile and click on the HIRE button.
