Job posted but not hire and interviewing. Is that affect my freelancer profile?

Hello community,

From later 2 month, There i've submitted more than 50 proposal and more than 90% job not hired any freelancer. Sometime's i see there client interviewing some but not hired. 

Still i've 30 propoal already submitted in past 20 days. I checked all job and see some job has interviewing more than 20 days ago or 10 days ago, But not hired. Also some job posted and i submitted proposal, But client has no activity.

I know this is crazy time as Covid-19.

But my question is, Is there any effect will to my freelancer account?

Note: My account is a Freelancer plus account and i purchased the bid.

SO that's means, I can make more proposal, If i want? Is there any limitation to submit proposal per day or month? It'll affect my profile?
