How can i provide  reference in the time of submit job proposal? What kind of references. I am a new freelancer in upwork.

Could you please send us more details about your concern? Could you please tell us what do you mean by reference?

If you send a proposal for that job, there will be five spaces to answer the five questions. In the space under "2. Please provide references" you can list the references you choose to use.

As far as what kind of references, generally references are people or previous employers who can attest to the fact that what you claim about yourself, your skills, your experience, etc. is true.
