Job removal from market place

i made a proposa on a job posted on upwork. The client gave me a telegram link if i was interested in doing the Task. Funny thing when i communicate with the client on telegram i get an email sent to my gmail account notifying me The job has been removed from market place because it was not in compliance with terms of service.

Please assist me as i am new to upwork and dont want my account to be suspened.

Please note that initiating or accepting to communicate with the client directly outside of Upwork before accepting an Upwork offer is considered a violation of Upwork TOS and may lead to possible fraud. Please check out this post for more tips on how to avoid questionable jobs and please use the flag option found on each job post or message anytime you’d like to report a violation.

Talking to a client who turned out to be a scammer has no impact on your account. Talking to a client on telegram before hire can get you suspended.

It's not allowed to use Telegram until after a contract is in place. Why didn't you know that?
