Job review included my last name, how do I get that removed?

A job review was posted on my profile using my last name, how can I get that removed and just put my last initial?

Hi Amy, 

You should be able to enable your client to edit his/her feedback for you by following the steps below: 

1. Go to My Jobs > All Contracts
2. Check the Include closed contracts box and then click the title of the contract to get to the details page
3. Go to Terms & Settings and click the Enable client to change feedback link

Thanks, however this is an old review and the client is no longer reachable on the site.

Hi Amy, 

The Customer Support Team and I checked your account and can see that this is a contract from 2013, which was migrated from your Elance account. We checked and it's very unlikely that this can still be edited, but I'll go ahead and look into this further.
