On your Job Feed page, hover over Find Work and in the drop-down list, click on My Stats.

The JSS calculation is based on jobs completed within the last 2 years. Since only one of your jobs qualifies, you won't have a visible calculation yet.

Hello,

Could you, please, say, how many jobs do I need to get the score?
Also, how is the "percent of clients who recommend" me calculated? (I
have 63% now, even though most of clients reviews are 5 stars).

Thanks, Tonya

Do you know, how many jobs do I need to get the score?
Also, how is the "percent of clients who recommend" me calculated? (I have 63% now, even though most of clients reviews are 5 stars). This is confusing.

How many jobs you need to get JSS varies, but it is usually about 5.

The percentage of clients who would recommend you has nothing at all to do with your public star ratings. Clients are asked how likely they would be to recommend you when leaving feedback, and their responses are not disclosed.

Public and private feedback can be very different. Clients may leave 5 stars, but privately express that they were not happy - on a scale of 1-10. Your score unfortunately is very low and you are better off not showing a JSS until you have a few more jobs completed with excellent results.

You can get JSS from only one completed contract according to this post:
