Job score dropped

My score was 85% since last update and I few jobs and got 5 stars on 2 jobs and 4.60 on 1 jobs but still my score has dropped to 83%. I hoped it jss would go up, but this sudden decline is affecting my chances of winning jobs.

When a client drops stars for both quality and skills, that almost invariably goes with poor private feedback.

The way percentages work means that one negative factor decreases the overall percentage significantly more than several positive factors allow it to increase.

It is unlikely that the change from 85% to 83% will have any significant effect on you being hired. Clients who would hesitate to hire you because of an 83% JSS would not be any more likely to hire you at 85%.
