Job search using skills

It appears that searching for jobs using skills (the lowest field in the search panel) uses "and" logic by default. For example if I search for "image-retouch" I get 39 results. If I add "photo-retouch" I only get 29 results and each of them have both skills. I would like to use "or" logic so the search would return jobs with either or both of the search terms. How do I do that?
