I have completed 14 jobs successfully and all the feedbacks are 5 stars with good review. But the thing is my job success score comes down from 100% to 88% and in the statics "Clients who would recommend you" percentage is 71%. I want to know the reasons behind this and how can I increase "Clients who would recommend you" percentage .
