NEVER contact Support with JSS questions. Complete waste of your time. The above is nonsense. The JSS usually updates between 1 and 3 pm every second Sunday. It does not "usually update over 24 hours" and that doesn't explain why the "last updated" date has vanished.
Someone couldn't be bothered to escalate an obvious tech issue.
I don't think that it has been updated as of yet. Despite having completed two successful contracts, my score has not changed a bit (usually it does as it went to 96% from 100% in the last update). Also, there's no date of the last update visible.
