Hi!
I am pretty new on Upwork.
On May 26, I ended the contract 'B2B Email automation campaign sending using...' since the client did not reply to my messages.
However, my Job Success Score dropped after that.
I want to dispute that my score should not be affected in this case, please investigate and fix it. Thanks!

Did you receive any payment at all on that contract? If not, that will have hurt your JSS (by definition, a contract that never leads to any earnings is not a successful outcome for any of the parties.)
