Job was closed but my connects was not return back

A job i applied has been close, but cannot determined who closed it and the reason why it was closed. How can i file a complain to upwork ? the only thing i see on their support page is the bot and its hard to use it in my case, any help would be appreciate.

Hey Hamid,

At the top of the site, go to Reports, then Connect History.

Find the closed job, this will give you the reason it was closed.

You can check the job description. If they hired someone, it says there and you will not get your connects back.
