Jobs wont load and messages keep getting delayed

This has started happening to me recently so I thought I'd ask around;

When I see an interesting job on my jobs list and want to apply, I get a couldn't complete your request page. Hence, I can't view the job description or send a proposal.

And its usually a job I'm really interested in (heh)

 

My messages from clients are also taking a while for me to receive - e.g. a client sent a message at 4 in the afternoon and I received it at 11 at night, even though I'd been connected and working since 1.

 

Is anyone else experiencing this? Are these just bugs?

I reported just the other day that I wasn't getting messages on time as well. The message was there on friday and I wasn't notified until I clicked into the client's name. No 1 on the messages at the top, no beep on my time tracker, no email or anything. I happened to go in and check it later Sautrday and the message was there showing it was from Friday. Good thing I always go through all my clients to check on it or I would probably not even have known that they messaged me.

Yeah... i've been having the same problem. It seems like it's a glitch going on with the system these days? Maybe? Does anyone have any idea what's going on with this?

Hey Avery,

 

Thanks for your response. I've been mainly experiencing the "couldn't complete your request page" with some of the job posts i try to open. I get that message with the tipped over coffee cup, and an error ID that's labeled ID 500(A), I believe. I hope that helps you identify where the problem is. Are there any other updates about what the issue might be?

Currently, there are no known reports of issues with the website. The Customer Support Team will reach out to you separately to assist you. 

 

UPDATE: I've just received information that we currently have a partial service disruption, and our engineers are currently looking into it.
