HI sir,

             My JSS was 92%, but 2 weak ago its dropped to 84%, and now it dropped 76% I want to know, why my JSS dropped although there is no job ended or I'm also getting earnings from previous clients.

Your JSS can change even if you do absolutely nothing due to the passage of time and the way ended contracts move through the calculation windows.
