You mean the rating? A single contract doesn't have a JSS, that's an aggregated number. In any case, you need to address support with an issue like this, but you can't remove it anyway since you are not top rated.
Also, I don't see a bad review that you want to remove. How do you know which contract cause the dip in JSS? Usually, you don't know that.

I was Top Rated but after last the last specific contract ended my JSS went from 100% to 89 and I lost my Toprated badge within 24 hours and removed that specific JSS score from that calculation of my JSS would help me regain my position back I read it as a perk of top rated you can request it to be excluded from your JSS so that's why I'm asking for that specific contract cause I suspect it to have negative private feedback
