Hello ,
15days before I got my jss 74%.i have tried to get new jobs but didn't get .
From 15 days I don't have any ongoing job ,open contract ,all the job is closed 1 month before .

Now yesterday I got my jss 72%!!!!how is this possible ??
In this 15 days I just bid in different jobs ,so is this my fault ?
Or I didn't get job within 15 days ,so upwork reduce my jss 2%?

I am already suffering for lower jss ,don't know it is possible to get job with 74 or 72% .

I have 3 quesition ,I would be glad if you kindly clear me .

Can you please let me know why I reduced 2% ?

Freelancer with lower jss should leave upwork ?

Is there any help for Freelancer with lower jss from upwork ?
I mean help for the victim for hiring from upwork ?

Positive reviews from last August have fallen out of your calculation window. As the good reviews fall out the score, the bad reviews will have more impact.

Maybe because your calculation window changed and 2 jobs fell out of your year window

Are you still winning contracts? In that case try harder on future contracts

It is not in Upwork's interest to help freelancers with a poor history. It is in Upwork's interest to help freelancers who consistently deliver great client experiences.

You have a history of poor outcomes, and 60% of your clients said that they would not recommend you.

If you had a shop, would you throw effort and resources at promoting a product that 60% of the buyers didn't like, or would you concentrate your efforts and resources on products most buyers were thrilled with?
