Hi , My Jss dropdown from 92% to 79% on 28 Apr and after that  i opened new Contract and close with 5 starts but Jss Not changed after 2 weeks from 28 APRIL

Hi Ahmed,

You have to wait till afternoon (UTC Time) for the JSS to be updated, even though "Updated" shows up on your stats much earlier.
