Just been told my time zone is out...cannot fix it

Hello,

My client just told me my timezone is showing 4 hours behind the actual time here in the UK from their end. I've checked my PC settings and my settings in my Upwork profile and all are set to UK time.

My client is on EST time. They are 5 hours behind me. So they are not reading their time by mistake. 

Any advice?

Are they looking at the hourly timesheet? I think it can be viewed either in UTC or local time.

No, it was on the message thread, you know where the time is on the right-hand side when you post a message and also at the top of the message thread by name. Apparantly they said it shows 4 hours behind my actual time. I'm not too bothered, I just wondered why it's showing like that. Possibly their computer problem?
