Is it safe to give access to a freelancer to my Kindle backoffice? I am hiring someone to upload my paperback version onto Amazon. Only The last 4 digits of my bank account are available in the back office I believe. Any thoughts on this?

Why don't you get the freelancer to just do the formatting and then upload it yourself? It's ridiculously simple.
Getting the file right is the tricky part. Uploading really, really is not.

That isn't what I said in the slightest. It also makes no sense, is ridiculous and completely out of context.
The freelancer will still be doing the conversion and formatting, just not the last tiny short step of the upload. The upload part takes literally no time at all, or any skills.
The advice doesn't take any work away from the freelancer.

Farag, I will STILL pay a freelancer the full amount, but do the last step of upload.
