Late payment into bank account - Anyone else experiencing this recently?

I am not looking for input from Upwork because I already know I need to wait until 8 business days have passed to get a trace initiated. However, I am on business day 6 or 7 now and have not seen the money show up in my account for funds withdrawn. I am curious if anyone else has experienced this over new year this year or if it is just me.
