Life in the Upwork Purgatory

For the past two weeks or so, my account has been afflicted with many technical problems. One of them only allows me to spend a few minutes on the forum once in a while, getting a glimpse  of Paradise...

The worst part of this life in limbo is that I don't seem to be visible from potential clients and don't get any invitations. I miss my invitations very much, even if they are not always welcome - but often they are.

Anyway, has any of you gone through this Hell? How long is it supposed to last? Maybe some compassionate Moderator will escalate my problem for the third time? Maybe something will happen and all of the sudden this account of mine will act properly again?

Glad to hear that the team is currently investigating on the issue, would be even more glad to see the results of their investigation.
It gets very lonely in Purgatory.

@Luce: sometimes it helps to clear your browser cookies, cache and other junk.  Also, make sure that your browser is up to date.  I usually use Firefox and Chrome and stay away from Explorer - Edge is fine though.

Really?  Are we back to murdering innocent cookies again? Just when I thought the moderators have finally ditched the "Clear cookies and cache" routine, you come along and remind them of it again.

Reinier, I'm at my wits end. I'll do anything that could help. If you told me to hold a clandle in one hand, a bell in another and say "Upwork" three times, I would try it. That's how bad having all these problems is.

Well, I've been clearing my browsers as much as I could. Nothing will do.... Maybe I should see about my browsers being up to date. See, we have something in comon,  I use Firefox and Chrome too.

Champagne, everybody!

The problems with my account are now fixed. Thank you, Upwork technicians!

And welcome to those who are planning to send me invites... All is well that ends well.

Just got an invitation! I'm visible again!
