Likely to be hired soon or Popular Among the Clients etc.

I have been invited xx times since weeks but until didn't recieve the symbolic badge of "Likely to be hired" or "Popular with clients" although I am invited more times than I see on some profiles that are invited 13 times even.  

When can I get that?

It only shows on the pop up view of the profile, not the full profile, That is the same for everyone
