My client ended contract, after a week he claimed that I have log in more week without his approval. But I didn't see any message about duration of weeks. How do I understand for how many weeks he hired me for his job? Now my client claimed for refund and Upwork Limited my Financial Transections. I'm not sure what can I do now.

Thanks for your instructions. I have messaged the client via Upwork several times, but he is not responding. Now I'm going to Upwork support team for mutual agreement and resolve the issue. Thank you so much.

Thank you. My client claimed me about weeks, not hours. He raised a claim that I have login unauthorized week. When started this contract, I never heard about week. Now he claimed, he hired me for 2 week. How do I understand he hired me for 2 week? Thank you.
