Limiting of my financial transactions after I did the video verification with one of your agents.

Hi

I did my video verification with one of your customer support agents earlier yeasterday after which I got a notice on my account's dashboard that my financial transactions had been limited due to failure of doing a video verification. This has created a lot of inconviniene on my side as I cannot access my hard earned dollars on upwork. I contacted one of the customer support agents on the issue earlier today who told me that she would refer the issue to the agent who did the video verification but there has'nt been any response so far.
