Link to Verify Bank Account Doesn't work

Hello,

I am new to upwork and trying to get my account all setup and I have tried to link my account to my UK Ltd Company bank account and I have got an email to say it the name doesn't match my name. But when I try to click on the link to submit my documents I just get a empty frame.

Can someone reach out to me with a link so I can get these documents uploaded and verified.
