Hello, my dear colleagues. So, I really want to avoid problems with the platform and that's why I ask this. I want to upload some files in my portfolio and I want to write on the project description the name of the website or even the link. Would that be ok? I mean, is not my intention to promote those websites, I just think would be the proper thing to do since that way I'd give to the client the credit he/she deserves. What do you think? 😄

Carolay, as long as you have client permission, it's perfectly fine.

DEFINITELY ask the site owners for permission before uploading sample work to your portfolio.
But I think it is rare that the owner of a website you created would say no if you asked to link to her website from your portfolio. Most website owners know they're putting something on the Internet, which is very public.
Regarding links... Technically, if I found their website, I could link to it from my personal pages, and they could not do anything about it. And they don't even know me.
