LinkedIn and own website?

I know the LinkedIn question has been answered before, but I am not sure if things have not changed since then. 

I am allowed to share neither my website nor LinkedIn profile in my profile. However, could I include them in proposals? 

My website is currently being built, but it will link back to my Upwork profile and it will have a contact form.

Hi Yasen,

Yes, contact information and links can be included in the cover letter or shared at the interview stage. We still recommend documenting most important communication and terms in the Upwork Messages for record purposes. Thank you.
